直径6.5cm 高さ7cm ___________ うーたん・うしろ / U-Turn Ushiro レスキュー隊員として消防署に勤務する中、陶芸に出会い作陶を始める。 2021年、栃木県益子町に自作の全地下式穴窯を築窯。 山で堀った土や石を使い、薪をくべて器を焼く。  何かが燃える時の光や音、溶けて崩れる様子に注目し、陶芸作品の制作を中心に創作活動を展開。 舞踊、現代魔術をライフワークとし「踊る身体」と「作られるもの」の交点における在り方を実践・研究している。 ——————— U-Turn Ushiro U-Turn Ushiro first discovered the world of ceramics while working as a fireman in the special rescue unit in Chiba, Japan.  In 2021, he built his own underground anagama kiln in Mashiko, Tochigi prefecture.  Digging up clay, foraging rocks and wood from the mountain, firing vessels.  Intrigued by the sounds and lights of something burning, how it melts and crumbles, he centers his creative practice around the production of ceramic works.  He is passionate about dance and contemporary esoteric ocultism, and the research and practice of the intersection between a body that moves and what it can generate.
